Shipping Information

Our mattresses and pillows ship out within 7-9 calendar days of a customer placing their order. Product arrives in 10 - 14 calendar days after order is placed, worst case, depending upon your location. Some customers receive our products within 7-10 days. All our products ship with no shipping charge -- all shipping is absolutely Free. Products ship via UPS ground (6" Natural Latex Mattresses and Pillows) or Premium Ground Freight Service with scheduled appointment (Habitat Air Beds and our 8" Natural Latex Mattresses). Due to the size of the product, these are the only shipping options. There are no expedited or rush options since very mattress we make is custom made to order for you.
